Description

Параметры:

<`dt`>	Первый шаг.
<`stepper`>	Ступенька для использования во время итерации.
<`system`>	Функция системы (ODE) для решения.
<`t_end`>	Время окончания, при котором итерация должна прекратиться.
<`t_start`>	Первое время.
<`x`>	Начальное состояние.<`const_step_iterator`>сохранить ссылку s и изменить ее значение во время итерации.
